Access to primary care healthcare services, particularly when working through or with a chronic disease, in an inclusive space. Our staff use gender neutral language, our forms have been redesigned to ensure gender neutral language is used, and our policies and procedures are undergoing review to ensure that inclusive language and practices are used and defined.

Ongoing training for new employees. Inclusive policies, forms and language. Pronoun sharing practices are widespread.
How can members of 2S-LGBTQ+ community provide feedback?
We are open to any feedback at any time from any of our service user, community members or employees. We also engage in patient satisfaction surveys throughout the year, community engagement sessions every two to three years and team engagement surveys are completed annually.
