Gender neutral bathrooms available, respect and honour pronouns, wrote an all-inclusive model for our business as a whole. Use of gender-neutral terminology. Have an environment of accountability - making corrections when people in my space use the wrong pronouns etc. Don't ask unnecessary questions to clients and speak to everyone the exact same regardless of gender. In all marketing material, we are very inclusive. Insuring the space is accessible to all, including those with disabilities, etc. Continuously educating myself and my team.

We are committed to creating a positive and safe space for people who identify of 2S-LGBTQ+ as this is crucial to foster acceptance and inclusivity. We want to ensure we have a space that individuals can feel safe and welcomed.

How can members of 2S-LGBTQ+ community provide feedback?

Members can provide feedback anonymously in our suggestion box at the front desk, as well as direct any concerns or feedback directly to the fitness manager.
