Dale Boyle

Operations Manager


Dale Boyle started with the Safer Spaces program in its launch of 2015. Dale comes with a background in Business Administration, specializing in human resources, marketing, and leadership. Since 2010, Dale has been developing 2S-LGBTQ+ inclusion through facilitating youth groups, running student associations, sitting on a board of directors, and now working full time working with organizations to increase their inclusion.

Flint

Program Supervisor


Flint is a mixed-race, Mohawk and Scottish, Two-Spirit person. Flint has backgrounds in popular education, facilitation, program design and delivery, advocacy, project and team management, social research, and land-based healing work. Flint is passionate about 2S-LGBTQ+ inclusion and believes in the strength of building healthy relationships and communities where all people can thrive together.

Meg

Program Contractor


Meg Ramore comes with a background in community development, welcoming communities, and non-profit work. She previously worked in the settlement/immigration sector, creating programming to build safer and welcoming spaces for Newcomers to Canada. Meg has a passion for delivering content and facilitating discussions to support our shared process of unlearning and relearning. As a queer person who was raised in Northern Ontario, Meg is grateful to be working on a team creating safer spaces for 2S-LGBTQ+ folks in her community.

Sara

Program Coordinator


Sara Runions identifies as a queer, bisexual, genderfluid, and nonbinary person. Sara has backgrounds in experimental psychology, education, and community engagement. In 2021 they joined the Safer Spaces program hosted under Réseau ACCESS Network. Their goals are to educate others on 2S-LGBTQIAP+ inclusion and to help businesses, organizations, and agencies build safer, more inclusive environments.

Keegan

Program Coordinator


Keegan is an alumnus of X University with a Bachelors in Social work and holds an Honors Diploma in Indigenous Community and Social Development from Georgian College. He has been active in his local communities since 2014 through grassroots event organizing, direct action, volunteer work and outreach.
